• General Delivery Time: 3 to 12 business days

Special Products with Extended Processing Times

Some of our products require additional time due to their custom or intricate nature. Here’s what to expect for these items:

• Gongs:
  • Processing Time: 7 to 13 business days (handcrafted)
  • Delivery Time: 2 to 12 business days

Order Processing

All orders are processed within the specified timeframe mentioned above. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during busy periods. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Multiple Packages for Large Orders

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is free for all orders over $150.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Healing Sounds is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Damages

Healing Sounds ensures that all products are securely packaged. In the rare event that a product is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with the carrier claim process and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy

Custom-Made Products & Cancellation Policy

Certain items in our collection are made to order to ensure the highest quality and energetic integrity. These include:

• Gongs
• Handpans

Due to the custom nature of these products, once an order has been placed, the production process begins immediately. If a customer decides to cancel their order before shipment, a 30% non-refundable fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover material preparation and production costs.

This policy ensures fair compensation for the resources and craftsmanship involved in creating each made-to-order instrument. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. However, international customers should be aware of potential customs delays and additional fees that may apply upon arrival in your country.
