Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Healing Sounds purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed directly through our support team at contact@healing-sounds.com.
If the return is due to a change of mind or the customer’s responsibility, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Please do not send any returns without contacting us first at contact@healing-sounds.com. We will guide you through the appropriate return procedure depending on the item.
2. Custom-Made Items
The following items are made to order and therefore not eligible for return after production has begun:
- Gongs
- Handpans
If an order is cancelled before shipment, a 30% non-refundable fee will be deducted to cover production and materials.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged for reasons not due to our error
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after confirmation:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Then contact your bank — it may take time before your refund is posted

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@healing-sounds.com.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
7. Return Shipping
To return your product, please email us at contact@healing-sounds.com. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it (unless the return is due to our error).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
8. UK/EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer based in the UK or EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason (excluding custom-made items). To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
